helping reconnect people to the land and the food that sustains us.

Fiddlehead Knob is a fourth-generation family farm in southeast Minnesota, powered entirely by solar energy. After nearly a decade of commercial mushroom farming, we’re embracing a new chapter rooted in wild food, traditional skills, and community. Through education, wildcrafting, plant medicine, and homestead skills, we hope to help others cultivate a deeper connection to the land.
